At HijabiMatch, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

That’s why we offer an exchange option within a limited period after receiving your order:

• Customers within Jordan: Eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Customers outside Jordan: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds — exchange only.

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
